R eacutegni eacute 2010 Les C ocirctes de Saint Cyr Régnié is the most recently created of the Beaujolais crus, and is known for making one of the lighter styles of wine from this area. This wine comes from a small cooperative of growers, whose vines average around 55 years of age. Bright garnet red in colour, with an unmistakable nose of gently confected red fruit and floral overtones. Supple on the palate, with lightweight tannins and a friendly, summer-pudding character. Great with grilled white meats, duck confit or a cheeseboard.
